Created with 100% Syrah grapes and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. This limited edition wine of only 3000 bottles has a deep red intensity with a brilliant violet tone. The nose has scents of cassis and violets with black fruits, and hints of smokey aromatic oak. The palate expresses a vibrant wine that presents perfect balance between tannins and acidity. This comes together to produce a silky smooth finish with complex flavours of black fruits. Simply amazing, and with such a long and smooth full-bodied finish, is a must for roasts.
