This champagne is golden yellow in colour and has fine bubbles that penetrate to the surface in the perlage. The aroma is interspersed with light-coloured fruits such as mirabelle plums, peaches and pears, topped with roasted brioche and vanilla. The straight and wonderfully complex taste leads to a silky long finish, which is pleasantly fruity with a hint of spice.
