This wine is matured in 300 litre new American oak barrels and, once bottled, is laid down for a minimum of 9 months before release. It is limited to only a few thousand bottles every new vintage and has a deep ruby red colour with a powerful perfumed bouquet that sweetens your nose's senses. On the palate, it boasts a smooth velvety texture that makes this wine exquisite. A smooth but punchy wine that goes very well with strong vintage cheeses and juicy steaks.
