Aged for 16 months in new French oak. This wine has a glass-coating, opaque purple colour with a complex bouquet of exotic spices, minerals and assorted black fruits. The palate is full-bodied with a rich texture and a long finish that is extremely refined and focused with silky tannins. A drinking pleasure - extremely smooth, rich, and very fresh with plenty of fruit. An elegant fine wine that is superb now but can easily be enjoyed over the next 20 years, if not longer. Sound investment material!
