Created from 100% Tempranillo grapes from 60 year old vines. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted at two tables, one for bunches and one for the individual grapes. The wine is then stored in American and French oak barrels for 18 months. Observe a deep red colour with chocolate and raspberries on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with a complex structure.
