A sparkling wine made with Champagne grapes and in the traditional Champagne Brut method, but from Argentina! Expect a bouquet of tart green apples. Refreshingly dry, with remarkable balance and acidity, and fine but persistent bubbles. Trying this with smoked salmon is simply a must. Truly exceptional value for money, and for a very uncommon wine from Argentina, gives traditional Champagne a run for its money!
