Made from a secret Norwegian recipe (only a few people know its contents), this semi-soft cheese has a nutty aroma.  Its mild taste is predominantly buttery and nutty, and goes extremely well with just about any dish. It is great for melting and cooking, but is also tasty as a treat on its own.
